We hope this Season of Thanks brings happiness and grace to you and your loved ones! On this Global Day of Giving, we are grateful for you and your actions toward positive change in the world. The Eagle community is constantly growing as increasing numbers of young men graduate from the Eagle Academies each year. This year, in fact, the Eagle Academies achieved the highest ever graduation rate in our network’s history – 98%, with numerous graduates enrolling in college and increasing numbers of young men following their dreams and going directly into the workforce, internships, and career training programs.

Through our Eagles Soaring Beyond initiative, we at the Foundation honor their individual choices; we are forging partnerships across various sectors to ensure that all Eagle graduates have the knowledge, access, and opportunity to define success for themselves, and pursue it to the fullest. We’re excited to feature some of our inspiring alumni who are currently soaring in their purpose.
